The Uber paying less fare amount for cab drivers,The UBER commission was 30 to 40% for each trip. Due to low fare issues cab driver worried for give the services to UBER and ola. Customer they don't know how much amount getting from those company.only coustmer saying cab drivers cancelled the Trip's. Its not DRIVER mistake, its UBER fare issues. Also customers can book the cab directly. Thanks for understanding the issues.
Worst uber service, the driver cancelled the ride, he was just one minute away . When I tried to contact the driver he didn't respond , I could see him from a distance of just 170mts . When enquired he just shoved away. Now uber wants to pay tge cancellation fees, it's highly ridiculous why should I pay for the driver who didn't even bother to reply back. I would recommend everyone not to book uber ever again.
Horrible experience with Uber in Mysore. Booked it 5 days in advance and even 30 minutes before the time they were supposed to show up it showed on time. Then all of a sudden it notified us that there is no driver. So we were left scrambling at the last minute. Absolutely unreliable, do not bother with it.
Pathetic service. There are no proper immediate contacts when we are faced with a problem. Drivers do not update even after we pay the cash on completion of the trip. Uber deserves zero star rating.

When I was in some urgency driver only cancelled the trip putting me into trouble ..and uber asking me to pay money on driver's fault instead of keeping him into black list..now I just uninstalled the app
