Beautiful location... Hardly any drive from Mumbai... Not many people may know this place.. Situated on a hill just besides the sea.. Beautiful sea side view from the hill. Property is quiet small. But planned well. Swimming pool is quiet big and depth ranges from 2 feet to 4.5 feet. Rooms are good...can be maintained a bit more...but there was not much of a issue. Service is descent paced. The restaurant serves delicious food but must say is a lot on costlier side. But there are no other good restaurants near by the property. Breakfast has a lot of varieties..live egg varieties are served. Lot of parking available in the property..but driving needs a few skills as the resort is on hill and inside the property also you have steep slopes everywhere.

The road to get here is steep and a bit freaky but safe. Rooms are decent and the swimming pool is good and not too deep. Surrounded by greenery and an amazing view of the sea from the hill. All in all a great visit.

Had a good and relaxed time with my friends. We just wanted a getaway and it was overdue. We were too occupied to book in advance or plan so we booked it for a day on Sunday, just a day before. It was our first time going out here. No regrets. Service, rooms, location and food are all good. We will visit here again.

Had a good experience at this resort. The classic rooms on the ground floor are nice and spacious. Can accommodate 3 easily. The compact classic rooms provide great views but are very closed, small and no fans, though they have ACs. Food is really good and tasty. Quality of food is also very good. The resort has a great pool and amazing views specially at sunset.

It's a budget friendly and good place to visit. I mean the food wasn't that great it was decent apart from that great place to spend some. It's near the coast and in the morning after checkout the way back home was beautiful.

A very remote place with almost no connectivity. Had booked with ecostay for 3 days but left in few hours itself considering the condition of the room. They refunded me the amount for a day. Definitely not going there

Whether I was lounging by the pool or strolling along the beach, the natural beauty of the surroundings was a constant source of tranquility. The accommodations at Utan were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the private balcony provided a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets

The only reason to visit this property is the mesmerizing view of the ocean. The pool is decently maintained and also the rooms. The restaurant serves good food though the service may be little slow but thats fine.
