U.S.P.C Jain Charitable Hospital - Hospital in Ludhiana - Ludhiana, India

They are running a scam like most hospitals. I was referred to this hospital by a friend of mine for a CT SCAN, when I arrived there they told me they don't do the Scan they will refer me to Arora Neuro center and since its a charitable hospital they charged me Rs. 1500 for the scan and gave me a receipt and told me to give this receipt at the Arora neuro centre, now comes the scam part. I arrive at the arora Neuro center and when i showed them the receipt they demanded 800 Rs. More i said what for? The woman at the counter very crudely said actually the Jain hospital made a mistake and made receipt for less amount. I said its computer generated receipt the test is mentioned there but she refused to do anything, i called jain hospital they said i have to pay there more to get the test done, I had no other option but to pay. This is how these organizations run this scam. So be careful, don't think for a second they have any sympathy for you if they could they would rob you of your clothes too.

Very very bad hospital Staff , no manners how to talk with patient and peoples,. They treat patients like animals, Please take action and resign from X-ray incharge and Pankaj Bhalla on priority basis ,if management run hospital in future

It is good Hospital. Ventilation and cleaning wise also good. Reception deck for new card having only 2 staffs and patients queues are too big. Would be good if they have 3-4 staff members at reception desk.

Very bad hospital staff and head lady of administration department is very rude. I just want U.S.P.C management to take resign from her cause she is irresponsible & act like she is the owner of the hospital. One of my friend who he doctor came to her for interview but she didn't respond properly & ask him to leave. She is the head of nursing dept. which I doubt cause the way she talk feels like she didn't even completed her 8th exam. Very disgusting people in the hospital staff. Also they charge very high amount of charge over here so don't came here. Private hospital seems cheaper than this hospital rates.

Jain Hospital is good with small scale hospital services. Best in my reach. They should hire more people.

Dear Trusties, All the job done in u.s.p.c. jain hospital, its was good but only the medical store in the Hospital premises is very expensive. Kindly think about it because its not ignorable stuff. Thanks I hope all will be well with normal prices.

Very irresponsible behaviour especially during ongoing pandemic. As per Indian government guidelines the authorised hospitals need to explain about side effects of vaccine, if any and suggest the medication and approach to tackle if any discomfort arise due to COVID vaccine. But when my parents went for 1st dose of COVID vaccine on 2nd April 2021. No body explain them about post effects of vaccine and also the hospital staff ask to leave hospital immediately after vaccine, however it is suggested to keep the vaccine taker till 30 mins under observation. I request The hospital authority to take this matter on their kind notice so staff can do their work with responsibility.

Very bad service pls hire educated security guards
