U Rivergate Karjat - Resort hotel in Karjat, Kalamboli Tarf Waredi - Raigad, India

Some staff is very polite and helpful. Room service is okayish. We had to call multiple times throughout the day to get extra blankets( for sofa cum bed). When it was provided the staff made the sofa bed though. Food options are okay ish. Limited options in non veg for buffet. One thing to note is that the rotis are kept besides the nom veg dishes, which is a bit inconvenient for only veg people. Variety is good, taste is average. Rooms are kept clean. Check in and out is a very long process. Activites are good. Property is big but staff seems a bit less for it.

Good part-So our stay started on a good note. They allowed early checkin, discount on buffet and all. Rooms were very nice ans clean. Now come to the saddest part- we were ladies with kids. We booked 2 cottages , it had sit out area. We were having our great times till late 2am. We all went to sleep. Then suddenly at 3-3:30 a door bell rang. We were so sleepy that we thought that it's something else. Ignored and we slept again. Now its 4:30 again a bell rang now this time we were quite sure something is wrong but were scared to open the door and meanwhile one more time it rang. Imagine our situation with small kids. We called front desk immediately after calling multiple time they picked our cal n send some guy and assured that security will be around. Which didn't happen. We called them many time they didn't even pickup our cal. Some how we manged and woke up and requested that i want to check the camera footage. They said yes we can do that and made us wait 90 minutes. After 90 minutes one guy came due to technical glitch we can't access. I mean how can it possible. They were after us pay food bill ( stay bill we already paid) and we will send u the link. Its been more than 24 hrs they haven't send us the link. We are still clueless that what exactly happened that night. So pls think 100times before staying specially of you are alone!

The property is very huge. Green pastures. Though in the rainy season these green lands are all smudgy. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is tasty. The swimming pool is big. Indoor games are very few Adventure activity is not worth Location is remote You get free horse ride One free drink per person Front desk team is very energetic and supportive

Beautiful and very big resort to enjoy with your family and Friends. Add to it very good Food and Restaurant. The food is over costly definitely they should reduce a price little bit. Bicycles were all worn out only one Bicycle was in running condition, out of two Horses only one Horse was ok, other one was too weak and injured. Other activities were all closed. Riverside area was too dirty, they should really clean up and add some good Chairs and Table definitely. Rooms were good and spacious. Overall a good experience .

Well maintained hotel and greenary, cooperative and prompt staff Not giving 5 star because of the bed size comparing to price they are charging and poor breakfast on first day (if you are lucky you may get very tasty items in buffet which we got on next day) whatever we ordered in main course was tasty enough Play area is equipped properly except tennis court , big n clean swimming pool and raindance area and very specious gym Internet speed is also good if you are doing wfh

I had spoken to the executive for room booking.They seemed least interested in taking the booking.When I told them to send the details for the payment they told the concerned person is leave and payment can be done the day after Once the concerned person was back I asked if I can go ahead with the booking and that time they are telling all the rooms are booked.This happened in the matter of 3 days.They are telling you can book for the next week. Had a bad experience.

Very scenic place on the banks of river Ulhas. The rooms are very spacious with walk-in closet even bathrooms are spacious with lots of space to move. Their food is really tasty and restaurant service is really fast though can't be said same about room service which is little slow but staff is very helpful and co operative. Overall plesant stay

Great service at restaurant. But very poor service at the Outdoor Games Arena. - Lesser staff - Not maintained well - No signboard or directions. Overall a decent stay.
