U Fit Gym - Gymnastics center in Bolpur - Birbhum, India

It has been nearly two years since I started commuting to this gym. Here goes my verdict. Pros: 1) Best family gym in town. 2) It has all the equipment enough to build a decent physique. 3) Recently renovated, giving it a fresh look. New interiors with ample space and new equipment. 4) Fully airconditioned, a pivotal point due to the scorching weather these days. 5) Trained and experienced instructor for both Yoga and weight lifting. 6) A few more new machines to be installed soon. Cons: 1) As the required renovation has been done, there is nothing specific to write about it.

Don't waste your money here. They only take 1800 from you after that they are not responsible for anything. They will not guide how to use machines. Trainer is so bad so rude. I joined 18 days before they didn't teach anything. I just know how to use treadmill, so I am using this machine. In the whole gym , no where mentioned that I can use treadmill for 10 minutes and trainer also did not informed.I started walking for 20 minutes today. At 16 minutes trainer forced me to get down. I told him wait for 4 minute, although he did this. After that he is telling" you didn't paid me I am not responsible for this and this is not my duty to inform you anything".

Prime location gym in the heart of the town. The drawback lies in its human resources - specifically, the receptionists and gym trainers. There are no proper guidelines for newcomers, & they tend to prioritize a few known people.They lack professionalism and a customer-centric approach.I want to draw the owner's attention; please do the needful in order to maintain the basic level of services that you offer to your customers.

Worst gym... They can't even take feedback from their customer. If someone is giving feedback on their service, they are replying that feedback is paid... Also, they are taking their customers' names in the reviews of other reviewers. Your customer's relative can also give feedback or anyone who is related to his/her. At least try to take feedback positively.

I have been going to the gym for 2 months now..the guides and their practices are very good..I really like to go to the gym here..
