Poor customer service.Not at all a customer friendly shop. I bought a amaron battery from this shop,as I had no other options nearby.When we enquire any doubts regarding the battery, they just simply shout and get angry on us.Never consider our doubts and they will always picture themselves as the master of batteries and that we didn't know anything.This was the beginning when I went to buy the product.Now,after 5 months of buying the battery,when my car was not starting,I had called them for their assistance on battery,they were talking like -If u wanna service ,bring it to us,or else we need a service charge of 250Rs.They were just shouting like if it was my need.They were not even bothered that I had replacement policy or I am their customer.Worst customer service from an Amaron battery shop.Never felt such an arrogance & ignorance from any other shop

I had visited this shop for Toyota Innova crysta battery replacement and the cost of the battery is very much reasonable compared to nearby shops and Toyota service center , their service was quiet appreciable as my vehicle was breakdown and stuck in highway four kms away with in 20 minutes of time they were at the point , speedy,accurate and neat service from the team

I'm working at suzuki service center and in touch with this dealer on daily basis,good service and reasonable rates
