I gave the rating to this hotel/resort zero because of there manager hasn't know about dealing with the customers they have some members for fighting with that customers whom refused to accept their rooms or services.
I request to all who has come in manali for enjoyments or relaxation, please don't choose this resort/hotel.
You have getting 2-4 days trips in manali so please don't spoil you and your family mood and money. Avoid this hotel and keep search to other best hotels which you have the respect,relaxations And enjoyments.

horrible experience. Service is as poor as possible. Just visited it. the management does not hear to the guests. One of the owners Mr. Chanchal Gupta has no time to listen or greet guests. Another management person, a fat and local one is very rude to the guests. It took couple of hours to have a bottle of water. Moreover, when we went for local sight seeing, they opened our room and took away pillows and towels and did not return till midnight hot conversation. That fat person was very aggressive. Nobody was there to listen to our problems. They do not provide any accommodation to the drivers. In totality its a nightmare. I suggest that nobody should visit this hotel.
I would prefer this hotel with very well equipped rooms as well as premium interiors.
I would advise you all to go wit tRachel agenixes instead of going all alone .

This place is not worth staying, apart from snowclad mountain view from the hotels. Staff is less and very slow for service. They don't bother only for their customers. Food was horrible. It was included in our hotel package but we were avoiding it and eating outside. We left the place by just spending a night.

This place is truly the best!!! The tent and cabin sites are limited so you are not on top of each other and have a lot of privacy. it's truly unique! The owners are the best! I've been coming here with my friends multiple times a year for 7 years!!!
