Not very professional, yesterday when I went for haircut, after the haircut the staff did not even inform me about the head wash and directed me toward the payments and upon asking on the counter, I was told it is inclusive of the charges.servuce needs to be worked upon.

Unprofessional. Not worth the money. Doesn't concentrate on one customer (looking to warp as early as possible).

Earlier it was good. Now it's more like a fish market. Staff and customers talking loudly to overcome loud Punjabi songs. Got head ache when I had been for hair cut.

It's a very nice place the staff are good and their hair styling is also good . There is all types of facilities available including facial massage,hair straightening,hair dyes etc... Overall it's a nice place

Edit August 2021: They dont know what they are doing.. and they dont know how to comply with customers need... For instance: I had been there to style my beard.. the Stylist just trimmed the outlines and when i asked to level the over grown hair properly.. the reply i got was.. he will be doing next time.. dont know why he was confident about next time without doing the work at that moment. My friend got head massage there.. and they charged 400 for that.. but services provided were not of worth. We have been to many salons and they think we dont know what a good salon is like.. Pls stop thinking that customer doesn't know. My previous review! July 2020. A good salon with varied services, multi-brand products(beardo).. nd well lit work space. The stylists here are fine and the Services provided seem to be 'value for money'.. Hope they maintain and keep improving..

Worst experience ever.....went for an hair cut...but the staffs didn't attend me as they were in an argument that who will attend me....cause two staffs wanted another staff to attend me.....but that guy went outside....then those staff inside where telling he is not doing any work ...let that particular staff only attend me....but I waited so long....the guy who went outside was not coming at all ....and no one was attending me even if no other customers where there....I felt so bad and this was the worst customer service ever ....if owner of this shop is seeing this.....kindly pls teach your staffs about the importance of customer service...if this is the attitude of your staffs,then your shop will not be having any customers at all....cause that much attitude your staffs are showing.
