I had a terrible experience at this hospital. The lack of management was evident in every aspect of my visit.
The corridors and premises were disgustingly dirty had some big needles lying on floor which made me question the overall hygiene standards.
No specific room for visitors, have a pathetic conference room.
They were overcharging , adding miscellaneous amount in my bill which eventually I have to pay.
The overall impression was that this hospital was in dire need of a thorough overhaul in terms of management and hygiene. My confidence in their ability to provide safe and efficient medical care was severely shaken. I strongly advise others to think twice before seeking treatment here. A hospital should be a place of healing and trust, and unfortunately, this one falls far short of those expectations.
Hospital charge is very high. It's too costly hospital with menimum facilities..

They will not hesitate in charging you a far excess amount of money but in return they don't even bother to give you better treatment. The behaviour of the staff is also very rude. I am giving it a one star because there is no option of giving zero or negative stars.
My father admitted with very critical condition here in the hospital. We all family loss the hope , but whole team including the doctor, nurse and supporting staff worked very generously and rigorously. And after three days of staying in critical unit , my father is all okays. Thanks to Lord Jagannath and all the staffs.
