TWIN VILLA - Villa in Igatpuri - Nashik, India

No better place if you want to burn your money! Villa is in pathetic condition, zero rated service , you will be only surrounded by mosquitoes the moment evening time starts! Washrooms are like that of a 1 star hotel, geysers not working, taps not proper, no maintenance at all Service is so bad you will be made feel disgusted to ask them fir cleaning twice Worst experience ever, ruin your holiday by sitting at home rather coming here, 100 times better, not even worth 5k a night Refrain yourself from booking this villa as they dont even give refunds for the advance , owner is a psycho and so are the cooks !

Bad service Infact no service at all So much dirty place.....no cleaning at all.....we were there for 2 days....bt nt satisfied.... Slippery place....nt suitable for children/infants..... Plz don't waste ur money and time here

Rooms are ok but there is no maintenance at all. The locking systems of all wash rooms are broken. Spending 30,000 for one night is totally waste. Food quality is also not good. Swimming pool's maintenance is totally zero. Overall experience is worst and and not satisfied at all.

One of its good place to defuse stress, The experience was both side of coin, may 2022 we occupied both villa all 8 rooms used, in frank opinion Place is awesome, food just the way u can expect the best, play area for kids v good, exclusively yours to indulge, and the care takers humble and descent but the flip side of the place , the owner has not maintained the property well the rooms , shower area , the broken tiles around, fridge dirty, pool water smells, limited dish like sweet, service is not proactive unless demanded, no additional service to expect. Can give 2.5 for property but because of food and play area 3.5

Villa to book if you want a pathetic vacation. Had booked the villa for 2N and the agreed payments were made on time. However, the owner came on the 2nd day demanding additional money for a non existent kitchen access that we were never informed about. Not just that, he started fighting and created a huge scene. The pool has broken tiles in many places and resulted in cuts and bruises. The blankets provided were never washed, they literally smelled of pee. The area around the pool is very slippery all the time due to overflow from the pool and not at all suitable for seniors. None of the fan regulators work, AC is just namesake. They provided huge coolers that made so much noise that you couldn't talk or sleep with them switched on. Staff is more or less useless. They will sit around while senior citizen guests lift their luggage up the flight of steps on their own. It's not at all wheelchair accessible. Plus the 2 villas are totally detached and need to get up and down several steps all the time. Overall very bad experience.

As the name suggests, there's two villa's facing each other. We booked one villa and luckily there was no booking for the other villa at the same day which was good as the big swimming pool is shared between the two villa's. Service, hygiene and maintenance of the room was poor. They have a cricket turf where we enjoyed playing cricket for a couple of hours. They have 4 bedroom out of which two of them are in the basement where you won't get any reception on the phone from any providers like airtel and vodafone. They didn't provide towels and the food was definitely not worth the money. Trust me, you're better off staying at a cheap lodge instead.

Nightmare to stay!! This villa is huge and location is good but nothing else including the owner himself. We booked this for two nights (both villas) for 30 people but can assure not a single person had a comfortable stay. To start with, caretaker and his team took no efforts to pick the luggage as we had lot of senior citizens with us..they just stood by and straightaway asked for deposit. The caretaker team and owner himself is just concerned about the money but sucks big time at hospitality and being polite. There were many flaws in the villa itself like no fan regulators in any room, ac for name sake, poor furniture, broken locks & floor tiles, mossy floor, noisy and giant coolers in living room and had name sake ammenities like broken snooker sticks, unoperational poker table, volley ball court and damp cricket turf. There are hundreds of things to put as what we experienced but for sure a big disappointment. It would be worth spending a night in lodge with no expectations and bigtime NOO to this place.
