Went For Dine in. Very worst experience in my life money oriented managements and staff, with poor service and low quality food. The manger behaved very arrogantly at me for complaining about food poor quality they served for me, and even threatened me. Later i found whole staffs were describing to me about the Management & owner behavior to them,low salary, treating them as slave, behaving and addressing them very badly infront of customer, with holding salaries... and lot more.. very pathetic.. "Its true, If a staff is not treated well then how do they treat us well" NOT RECOMENDED FOR ANY FAMILY EVENTS,& FOR COUPLES

Very very poor service.. Made us wait for 30min without taking any orders and no menu card are available for taking orders. Orally dictated the items. Very minimal items available. Ordered food will take another 30 mins to arrive. We left without eating. Don't know how the taste will be

Went for a Meeting. Very nice ambience. They have 2 halls for meetings and roof top also. Lunch buffet was excellent and they have more varieties. Price is also reasonable. I highly recommend it..

Worst experience in terms of stay. management is very bad. Breakfast provided is of very bad quality and purchased from outside. No hot water. Price is very high for the cheap services they provide. Not at all suitable for family. The guy in the reception is very arrogant. Will never recommend anyone to stay or visit this place

This was my first experience at Twinbells. The food was great and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The ambiance of was lovely. I had a great time with my friends.

Poor service. They made us wait for nearly half n hr even for taking order and told that food ll take another 25 minutes. No menu card. Very less items.
