I have given free service on 24.06.2023, they nothing done service, just water washed and delivered but they collected rs 500/- but never done anything and even not changed the oil... Very very worst thoughts only to collect money

Very very worst service. Im not going there for service anymore in future, also recommend people not to go . ------I l share my personal experience---- People from Vinayaka TVS called me and said my service date is due, so give your bike for service . I said I have office, I l come in the weekend's. They said we have free pick up and drop service available, you can opt that, PEOPLE HAVE REPEATEDLY CALLED ME AGAIN AND AGAIN for taking my bike for service... I HAD CLEARLY MENTIONED THE NAME OF MY AREA AND ASKED, WHETHER FREE PICK AND DROP SERVICES IS AVAILABLE TO MY AREA --- THEY SAID YES. Only after their confirmation I asked people to pick my vehicle fron my home. THEY SAID Rs.600-700 FOR GENERAL SERVICE AND 300 for oil change. But They have charged me Rs1800/- including pick and drop charges of Rs.118/-. WHEN I HAVE CALLED THEM FOR ASKING DETAILS ABOUT MY BILL, PICK AND DROP SERVICE CHARGES, THEY ARE NOT GIVING PROPER ANSWER AND THEY ARE DISCONNECTING MY PHONE, ALSO NOBODY IS READY TO EXPLAIN ME I called them 4-5 times, but waste NOW MY MONEY GOT F***ED , no value for it now, it's like wasted only .. I HAVE DECIDED NOW, NOT TO GO TO THEM AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS/FAMILY

The staffs are very worst and rude. They are not even interested in showing any vehicle. I visited last Saturday to enquire about TVS JUPITER. They simply said no stock and not even showed pamphlets or just mobile photos. They even didn't asked to come inside the showroom. This kind of worst customer, i never heard anywhere. Even when i parked my bike inside the campus gate they asked to park in the road, there is ample space inside and only one vehicle was parked. The road is also narrow and lots of heavy vehicle traffic. If few customer come there, we cannot park in the road too. But that's not an issue since they won't allow any customers to visit their showroom. I hope the management changed, earlier it was named Vinayaka TVS, now it is RST TVS.

Recently, we bought the TVS Jupiter 125 cc scooter and the service from the salesperson was very good. They responded to all our queries and provided a on-time delivery. They also took time to show all models and colors, pointing out the most relevant features for each one. Highly recommend the TVS Scooter.

Worst service.i bought pep+ 2month back. 1) when delivered headlight was not working. I only identified and went to showroom to fix. 2) 1St service i asked for pickup drop, but no proper communication about timing of pickup changes as agreed. 3) 2nd service, engine light always on , so went again to showroom to fix. After 2 days of service side stand sound always comming even riding. Please avoid service here.

Dealer was changed,worst service,they dnt knw how to service the vehicle,plz think before you buy this dealer. Now they not pick any call worst

Worst experience for God sake don't buy anything from this showroom they are cheaters
