- Showroom is on the main road - The team here is customer friendly - they provide complete and correct information - they have most of the models available for display - cleanliness is was bit missing in the store - parking is available on the road - I bought Jupiter from here - overall a good place to buy a TVS

Nice place and good location. Staff are good and cooperative. But issue is that I haven't received high security number plate as registration number not received by them and due to this feel concerned of penalty by traffic cops. Request to deliver RC ASAP!!

Staff is courtesy and realy helpful. They tell you good details but not the finer one as expected by someone who loves to read , gather information from YouTube. Overall was a ok experience.

Nice TVS showroom to buy any TVS bike. All staff members are also polite and friendly and they made our bike purchasing process smooth

Horrible experience. I was the only customer in the showroom at the time and still they took 4-5 hours to give me the bike while I paid the full amount upfront. Very uncooperative and uneducated staff.

Staff communication skills are very poor doesn't have basics to talk with coustomer. they take too much time for service even though paid service as well .

Don't buy any two wheeler from this dealership. Worst dealership in Faridabad. Writing this review only after multiple encounters at this Centre. Pathetic customer service. Extremely unprofessional and arrogant staff from head to toe. dealership owner Gaurav Goyal even don't pick a call. workshop manager Jitender even don't know the abc about vehicle. Worst vehicle service Mechanics here don't know what they are working on. Before coming here for buy & service of your vehicle kindly consider other dealership for buying and servicing any two wheeler. This is a typically lala type dealership.
