They already have many bad reviews online but still I had to buy from them since their isn't other TVS dealer in Dhemaji, the owner seemed fine person it's the employees who are Arrogant and now I'm stuck with their bad service system
You'll have to wait for many months for simple spare parts
And they don't have enough machanics
You'll have to wait in a long queue
1 tip for the customers If they don't have the parts you need they'll say (order and wait for it)
But NEVER EVER wait my dear fellow netizens your childrens will grow old by then
Just go buy from Dibrugarh or Lakhimpur they don't give any priority to the customers
They have zero respect for Customers
Please focus on improving your workshop area and give proper training to the saleswomen & men their communication skills are very poor
I have purchased tvs N torque from this dealer by submitting down payment of 35000 rupees as in agreement for 3500 rupees per month for 3 years but its manager & financing memebers were extremely worst in performance. 12th of every month they deduct my installment but on march 12 2023 due to sunday they fails to deduct the installment & on monday we withdrawal few amount so since we have trusted there service so we didn't check our bank statement due to no time, they couldn't able to deduct the installment, but they haven't t even notify us or even a phone call about the check bounce even when we have asked them that is there any installment pending from our side at the time when we visit dealer branch for scooter maintenance, they respond we don't has any pending installment but on june 4 they call and says that we have march installment pending so we need to pay them along with 3 months of penalties so i have refused to pay penalties of 3 months except the installment amount of march & the main drawback of this dealer is that there financer use to visit our home at 11pm night. Myself Akash Borah i live in silapathar city. Its been only 5 months till now such an extremely worst experience i am having with this dealer right now i am feeling burden to this scooter just wanted. Its an unimaginable harrasment from this dealership members sorry to say.
They just want to sell the vehicles. Doesn't care about customer's satisfaction. And also had a very bad experience with servicing.
