poor customer service. they will show their good face only till we buy new vehicle from them. Later if we approach for service purposes they will ignore us. waited for more than 1 month for replacing a part.

Bad experience on services, there 8s no commitment from the lower level to the top level executive. Pathetic vehicle service. We have the responsibility even we are handed overing the vehicle to them for service. Trying to blame on us regarding our vehicle mat missing.

Concerned on the quality of service. Not at all happy with the service so far with TVS Ntorq . Service center lacks professionalism and quality checks. Repeatedly informed the staffs on the lapses but result was zero. We gave them multiple chances to correct but still the same. Seriously TVS should look into this. Purchased scooter from the same showroom even have successful references given for sales too.

Poor service, waited there for more than 2 hours for replacing a tyre. Didn't informed that they don't have suitable tyre for my vehicle.
