They refused to affix my number and posted it affixed on HSRP website. They made a false excuse to me saying their Rivet Gun is not working.
My 2nd bad experience, i bought bike from this agency, they broke a part of it while fixing it, they were fixing it like blind, like noob. And secondly when i went to collect my number plate, they charged me for that too, no other agency charges for it. I refused to give the money, they refused to give the number plate
I'm giving this 1 star coz I can't give less then that... quite Disappointed with this place coz of chandrapal front face of servicing area he's really illiterate person and i don't know who given him this job.. coz he's don't even know how to communicate with people ... opinion..!!! To the Owner... need to hire at least one person who can handle clients and their problems politely.......
Bad behavior of employees, Battamizi karte hein tu tadak customrs se. I visited here for my apache service. I was 10 minutes late for my bike service appointment. They made me wait 1 Hour 45 Minutes and they had no customer lounge area. I kept waiting in standing position. Yahan kuch employees or supervisors sharaab piye rehte hein service ke waqt. One of the drunk supervisor appearance characteristics are - had a bhaghwa color gamcha and orange t-shirt and moustache. They behave & act like goons & hooligans when talking. Highly unsatisfied.
Extremely bad experience, told different price on phone and next day we went to agency inperson, they increased the price by 2000 overnight and refused to listen anything,, bad communication.
Worth service center in najibabad, they are providing duplicate parts with new bike. If any one need i can upload the photograph. This is unexpected.
Good place for Servicing TVS vehicle. I went there for the service of my scooty. I found very satisfactory service in reasonable price.
