If you are planning to give your vehicle for service here, you have to know your vehicle in and out. You should know the periodic maintenance schedule, problems that may arise and clear instructions must be given to VENKATESHWARA TVS. Otherwise, waste of time and money. Most mechanics are youngsters and they learn by trial and error. Your vehicle is the test material. I have given my TVS XL Moped for service couple of times. After every service, after a few kilometers, trouble will come up. Firing will not be smooth. It will be choked/ blocked firing. They would have cleaned the carburetor but would have missed out on the air filter and silencer. I take it back to them, they will do something, again problem will come up. Then a local/outside/skilled mechanic will solve the problem. So, know your vehicle in and out, give clear instructions and get the work done. Better turn yourself into a mechanic before handing over. They have not cheated with spare parts so far. Whatever replaced remains brand new so far. Checked twice with outside mechanics. I hope they improve the quality of work going forward.

Every service centre's try to loot money from people that's how it's happening now. Service centre's Moto is not to repair a part instead they want to replace it , so that they get money . Even if a part is 80% functioning properly they will say it needs to get changed. No proper service , no proper wash at the end you will get frustrated and get out of the show room. If want to do UPI payment you have to wait for the owner to confirm and the owner will take this own time because he will be busy in watching videos on Mobile.. You will get irritated for sure but nothing will change .

Worst service , labour cost High the material cost ,very very worst service ,there telling estimate cost very low but final cost is too high

Very very worst Approach on service , They didn't know to arrest the complaint, & Not putting reasonable labour charge ,,,, Totally service is very very worst ........ Don't leave your vechile for service ...... They didn't know How to response the customer politely ,,,,, lethargic behaviour.... Plz avoid service here

Very worst service for Rasipuram.

They won't give proper response to the customers. Even sometimes Custemer is interested to buy a vehicle, they did not give proper information. Actually I am ready to buy a vehicle, because of I am non local they don't want to sell to me. But other showrooms like Honda ready to give in same place.

Guys, Please don't the give bike to this service center as i got to know they r d big cheaters who r all working there.3 months before I had given my bike to service for clutch issue and they requested me to change the Clutch assembly to fix the same. I said yes to change the Clutch assembly and they returned the bike after 2 days by saying changed the clutch assembly.Now i have started facing the same from past one month and i took my bike to Salem TVS apache service centre to check and got to know they hadn't changed the clutch assembly along with they said they changed few more parts.Its a kind request to everyone not to waste your earned money by giving bike service to these cheaters.
