Dealings at the time of delivery was good.The sales executive was also a nice guy. But the first service experience is below average.Booked for service a week prior to the actual date. But it took almost 4hrs+. Even washing of the bike was not done properly. Bad experience from the showroom and staffs for a delivery of bike , they are not bothered about coustomer

Service is good. But very unprofessional office staff. I dropped off my bike for service one day before service day with prior appointment also taken. All I told is not to make me wait next day evening as I had to attend a function. I even called the service centre multiple times on the day to ensure that I will get my bike on time. The office staff would pick up phone each time, ask for phone no., name and bike reg no. and take no action. And finally when I reached the centre the bike was still there with no service or washing done and the service staff goofing around in workshop doing nothing. I am writing this review sitting here still 1.5hrs later. Now one arrogant guy told me they were figuring out some electrical issue trying to fool me with silly excuses. Shame on TVS to have such poor customer service. Watch and learn from Honda vahini or Yamaha showrooms. - an unsatisfied TVS customer (The TVS apache is a perfect creation though)

Vehicle condition has become bad after the service. Prior to service the vehicle did not have any issues. After service there is issue with the vehicle power, pulling, alloy, and noise from the engine. And no proper follow up or response from the service advisor even after the complaint.

Very bad service TVS SERVICE center.SS AUTO HUB KILLIKOLLOR kollam.I told the complaints. they not rectified.they gave only evening bill. As the same complaints I take my scooter back.In my life I not saw like a waste service center.they is no knowledge person.if need I will put the bill. Please select other providers. Asharoop

I came there yesterday to change the clutch cable of my vehicle. Clutch cable including GST ,CGST.total amount:235 Service charge Total:212. Total amount :447. Service charge is very costly. Service costs are very high when requesting a clutch cable replacement.

Good service and support from the staff and mechanics. Visited here for fixing the oil leak issue of a tvs ronin i delivered just 2 days back. Revieved good treatment and they checked other things as well. But disappointed with tvs company as why such a leak should come from a brand new bike just 2 days from showroom after all the quality checks.

Worst after sale service. It's the fifth time I'm facing the same issue. They don't even put up value for customers complaints
