TVS - Shaw Auto Centre - Two Wheeler Dealer in Titagarh, Barrackpore - 24 Paraganas North, India

I have bought my TVS Ntorq race edition from Shaw Auto Centre. Their service is the best service I have ever seen. Whenever I visit with any problem they solve it quickly. Staff behavior is so good. As a whole, it was nice experience every time I visited. Thanks.

They have a huge collection of bikes and scooty. Behaviour is also good. Staffs are cordial and help you to choose the right bike as per your need. Paper works are also hassle free.

Very bad service centre. Before buying two wheelers have a look on service centre condition. For just oli change service , wait in a long waiting queau fron 8 am. Babus will come at 10. Till then wait on footpath like begger. Them jump over the counter as free sweets are being distributed. Then get a delivery date after two days. What a sad state of affairs.they have no idea what a standard customer service should be . And don't get quality service also. They don't even have the place to keep the bikes. Just using free govt road. Truely roadside service.

Two Wheeler services are good but the infrastructure must must be capable for serving more customers, number of two wheelers are increasing so there should be more service centres between Dunlop and Sodepur. However, technicians are experienced and well trained...

The sales and service were good, they provide Tata Capital financial services and force you to buy HDI Magma general insurance for TVS two wheeler. If I rate the showroom for overall service then it will be 3.9/5 , They have a huge collection of motor bikes and scooters. One of the largest TVS dealers in North Kolkata.

Showroom is ok but the service centre is very poor . they have 0 knowledge about rr310 .they will demage your bike rather than reapir it .if you gave them your bike with full tank they will steal the oil and after all the harassment they will call you and say this - 'remember you have to come here again so give us good ratings' . They just forced you for rating. never ever service your bike from here .

Great showroom ... Behavior of stuffs are so polite ... They are very polite and care to customer ... They always welcome you ... Must visit this showroom this showroom has a great collection so you can see your favorite bike or scooty when you go foor booking they also provides test drive and solve your problems.....

Executives are not upto dated with latest information. After purchasing a vehicle they are less supportive, sometime not even picking the call. I'm very disappointed with their services. Better go for other TVS showroom/service center like Baguihati!
