I visited this place with a friend when he was planning to by a two wheeler. Though the showroom is beautiful but, it doesn't sell the iCube, Ronin and the RR. I personally didn't like the behaviour of the management. While Jayashree TVS happily allowed me to make a video of the Ronin for my YouTube channel @teatalktravel, the management of Savera didn't respond well to my request.
It's been more than 4 months but haven't received the RC. Worst after sales service from Savera TVS. Strictly not recommended to others. After sale service is pathetic. Don't buy two wheelers from TVS SAVERA guwahati..I regret.
Behaviour of the sales representative and staffs was good. I got my Ronin on the same day. But a zero stock of accessories regarding Ronin and a little delay for providing Number plate. Overall my experience is good.
Kinda nice , but the salesperson needs to be trained more ... We went for Jupiter Zx (Drum) , he didn't even know that Jupiter comes with adjustable suspension.... In fact i told him about that , my neighbour uncle (who is the owner now) and the salesman both were in shock ... My uncle watched me question about a lot of things about Jupiter lol... I was like , let me sell the scooter for you ... The guy is nice but TVS please... Train you personel :-) Thank you for Jupiter ( i was the one who suggested Jupiter to my uncle , he has minimal knowledge about vehicles , so he asked my help , he had Suzuki Access 125 in his mind ....And also got our of our flat thinking of buying it .... BUT MAINE ESA HONE NAHI DIYA .... JUPITER IS ... ACCESS IS ....
It's a bit obscured from the road. It doesn't seem to have a parking option. Other than that the service is decent... It is overstaffed, so you should almost all find free people to attend to you
