12/05/2023 On that day I went to Sarathi TVS showroom in Pollachi for free service. They refused to service on the false pretext that the user manual states that in case of an accident the vehicle will get free service and void the warranty. After complaining to our company, they agreed to provide service at the showroom But what action will the company take against the two misbehaving managers. Because only those who know how to read a 93-page manual can understand and question it. If there were people who could not read, they would have accepted what was said and gone . So what is your justification for the mental anguish and expense of the illiterate person affected Thanks for letting me know
One of old amd reputed agency for TVS. Sales persons are very experienced and helps a lot from start to end of owning bike. this is the third bike we are taking and they are making sure I f availablity at the earliest on booking. good service work they are offering,
Service is ok but their after service follow up is not good. After delivering the vehicle completing the service no one will call you and enquire about the service feedback. After servicing no one will call and i form. We need to make follow up calls. Even after getting the confirmation also for billing and handing over the vehicle takes a lot of time. Managing director should monitor this issue.
No better performance from staff side.time maintenance is very slow.its too poor
Brought a TVS jupiter 125cc scooty in 1st service have a problem at racer kit 2nd service clutch assembly & back tyre one puncture buy a new tube & fit for back tyre 3rd service battery down & sent for warranty claim within 1 year I have so many problems don't buy 125cc scooter my suggestions
