On May month, I brought in my scooter for routine maintenance. Despite the service, I have noticed Still blinking the Engine warning light, which were expected to be addressed during the maintenance. Here is a detailed breakdown of the issues: 1. Engine Warning light still showing after service . 2. Conset issue 3. Disc issue 4. Clutch issue I already taken the Annual Maintenance while purchase the scooter , that time they told you will get free service and discount on Spare parts etc, but after the service I paid the service charge and no discount in spare parts. I appreciate the efforts of your team and understand that servicing vehicles can sometimes present challenges. However, given the continued issues with my scooter's performance, I believe it is crucial to address these concerns promptly. I am trying to contacting the Supervisor regularly but call didn't attend. I kindly request the following actions be taken: 1. Reevaluation of the recent service to identify and rectify the persisting issues. 2. Clarification on whether the identified issues are covered under the warranty terms. 3. Timely communication regarding the steps taken to resolve the problems. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves. I have attached copies of the service records and any relevant documents for your reference. If necessary, I am willing to bring my scooter back for further inspection. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated, and I look forward to a swift resolution. I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY ABOUT THE SERVICE

These people are a joke.. I asked for 24k service for my scooter, they recommend general checkup and oil change. I send WhatsApp to advisor the page of periodic maintenence checklist and they called me back they are not doing that package anymore as TVS stopped it. Finally I insist them to replace oil,sparkplug and all filters. They didn't give me invoice as thier system broke down and promised to WhatsApp invoice in 2 days which they didn't so far. How many vehicles they might have spoiled without proper maintenence. I had to find another dealer who I can depend in future

I have worst experience with the prince motors ,the vehicle has delivered before 3 days ,now I am facing tapt noise ,and I came and waited for 5 hours ,the noise was still there ,there is no change in that Worst experience
