Manager is very good and friendly he explained vehicle details every point to point. And Vehicle service very good and timely too.

Very bad service. I bought a New TVS Ntorq 125 XT on October 2022 . I had finished 2 services. The service is very bad and there compliants also. I told the staff that there are compliants and they didn't even solve it . Very bad service. Never expected that TVS was a bad company. Some noises are coming from my scooty while giving more accelation . It's a new bike and there are compliants now . I cannot believe. These people are very good in behaviour but there services are very bad .

Worst experience ever . No spares available for Bikes especially RTR . Service is also bad . No Customer relations. Nobody present there with core knowledge .

Worst customer service ever experienced , Contacted them for booking apache 310rr and they are like they don't know anything about this bike , no details were provided , felt really bad with the service
