I bought a bike from TVS Moopen Tirur . Before buying they treat well and after that they will not mind at all... Unpleasant Service. They will not consider for free service and not delivered on time. When we reached there after eight hours, the service had not started yet.(Even we reached there after picking time) Don't go for service Service advisor doesn't know how to politely deal with people.

Poor Service, not fully satisfied about the service. I said the same complaint in last 4 service, they are not solve the complaint.

2 weeks ago I went for Enquiring a bike (TVS NTorQ), they never followed up like they don't wana sell any bike, seriously I felt like these guys at reception/customer service Ignored me..acted like very busy..they forgot basics of treating customers at their premises... and I took same bike last Saturday from other TVS Dealer. Today I visited their service centre to fit extra glove box...I found good people and good facilities..
