Not at all satisfied with their two wheeler bike service..we have given our new purchased Jupiter bike for service with compliance of self kick starting problem..after 3 time free service also that exact problem was not resolved.. really disappointed of this service type
Very worst service center......
simply waste no words...it's very very worst service center. There is some noise sound in my bike, so i give for service. But my problem is not resolved. Executive response is very very poor. There is no wifi facility, executive not listening our word properly(we sort out bike problem, but they understanding something and do something. Really Really am get irritation of my bike sound. really i feel very bad about your service and so disappointed. Dear Customer - Please don't encourage this type off service centers. Dear TVS - Mayura Motors - Please arrange proper mechanic and executives to your service center.
It's the vellore worst TVS service I've even seen ....i service my bike here asked for a parts to be changed ....when I go in the evening to take my bike they said there is no part available currently..but when I went and checked in the parts area it is available....there are not evening checking properly and services at its worst... moreover they are not checking the battery too after a week of service they are telling battery is fully drained and it has to changed. The service center manager doesn't even concerned about the customer satisfaction.... Not even answering properly......

Worst service... Never keeps up their promises. Sometime they don't even care to sell. I wonder how their service is going to be if they have annoyed me enough even before I have got delivery of my bike. I suggest people to go to the other dealer near green circle who was very polite and knows what he talks, than to fall in trap with these guys. Keep it up Mayura!
Bought a TVS Jupiter from them couple of months back. Customer handling was good, they took time to patiently brief/show models and did best to negotiate rates as well. Post sales, they have been regularly following up with periodic service reminders. Their service center has been good in understanding the issues and do not over charge.
We have payment related issue and loan account seems to be duplicated, please take care of your customers soon after the delivery has made to us.
