TVS - Khaitan Automobiles - Two Wheeler Dealer in Hazaribagh - Hazaribagh, India

Just a day after launch of RTR310 i went to showroom(TVS Khaitan, Hazaribag, Jharkhand) for enquiry of that bike, Sales guy there told yes booking is On... I offered him 3100 booking amount , He said No need to pay Sir , It will be booked without any amount, then I provided him all my required details... Next day he called and Said Sir You'll have to pay 5000 for booking, I obliged and paid 5001 same evening... Yesterday He said Sir you'll have to pay 40000 upfront for Dynamic and Pro dynamic kits or else booking will not be possible... I went to showroom today for making payment and offered him my card on which Owner/manager first said you'll be charged 2% extra on Crefit Card... I said Ok take it and then after few mins sales guy said either pay in Cash or UPI... And then He cancelled my Booking and refunded my 5001 through UPI... Sales guy is very ill informed , he doesnt know anything about new bike and owner/manager is very arrogent ... I am feeling humiliated by the behaviour lf showroom and as a result I am getting BMW310 RR tomorrow... With in 10 mins my Finance is approved and tomorrow hey will give delivery....

Worst service centre ever, behaviour of every employee is worst, no one seems to be professional in any norms be it services or products. THEY ALSO MANIPULATE SURVEY THAT WE GET FROM TVS AND FORCE US TO GIVE 10 RATING. bike service person is very unprofessional. Its been worst experience

Service is very bad. They replace the body parts of the body without any fault and put default body parts. And when you go to Service Centre and tell that the body part has been exchanged then they tell that You Are Lying.

A well known place for TVS motor cycles and scooters with genuine spare parts. I got a chance to meet the owner of this place who is a very well behaved and soft spoken person.

If you have a commuter bike/scooty/moped and don't care about any user/service experience, please go ahead, BUT If you have bikes like Apache Ronnin RR your bike is at grave risk. To share my experience: I have an RTR 2004v and my experience was very bad. - First of all they not at all punctual as if you reach centre on time shutters will be down and they will take almost half n hour to open. - Careless behaviour while creating job card as you will cry out loud your problems and they don't even respond. - Repeted issues service after service as they don't want to dig deep to find root cause until you insist them to do so. - No customer first atitude as they operate in a way that they are doing you a favour servicing your bike. Not going there again as it will be better to get my bike serviced outside or by other dealers rather than in Khaitan TVS. I am still in shock to see that how they are even operating with this kind of service quality. Also the above stars are only for the mechanic brothers who are doing there job. 0 for all others.
