Worst experience in all the 3 free servicings. Un professional attitude. Washing is third class. Delivers the vehicle without wiping and the mud mark remains when the vehicle dries up. Inspite of several requests, complain not attended.

Very Nice show room, and the Executive staffs are good, any one will fall in love with multiple brand new models of TVS 2 wheelers. But The price is little higher than other Metro cities like Kolkata, patna which may be because of transportation and other incidental cost to reach the eastern states. Or may be really charging higher. Have no idea on pricing. Over all its good.
Very poor service Last day I want to purchase break show from Karan tvs .the tell me this time is lunch time you come after 30 minutes.after 30 minute spare parts counter staff is not there.i ask manger where he is he tell me he is coming.aftet 2hour he come and give me break show i spend 4 hour to purchase abreak show the service of Karan tvs is very poor.and staff behaviour very rude.please donot purchase any vehicle from them.
Worst showroom. Too much Attitudes of the staff in service. My bike washing is never done as everytime i visit they say that motor is not working. Bikes are awsome but staffs behaviour is very disapointing. Used to do regular servicing is showroom but now i dont go to showroom for service,worthless.
In a word fantastic. But showroom personal did not offer a cup of tea or a glass of water. Otherwise every thing was good.
Servicing is not that good which is the only important thing when you realise that good servicing is the only thing that ensures longevity of your bike or scooters! Moreover, most of the time, they don't have essential spare parts available in their showroom, making it extremely inconvenient for immediate repairs and it takes months and months for the parts to be available and that is still not a guarantee that you will get the parts. The overall service is disappointing, and I would not recommend this showroom to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service for their bikes or scooters.
Not good for servicing. There's always a long line and they're always in a hurry. My bike was working fine and no noise was there but I went for scheduled servicing and after that my bike chain is making some noise that can be heard at lower speed or neutral. It's the 2nd time it's happening so yeah the place is not good, they always try to finish as soon as possible.
