It amazing experience with dealer and their cooperative staff members they are gentle to your questions and queries. They give me my bike within 1 hours. But after 2 years i have to write about TVS Bike, because apache series comes in premium segment as price is very high the quality of parts are very poor, some parts get rust within few months and color of Front Disk Break modual, handles, plastic components and etc.. Got evoparated ang gets dull within few months, the TVS logo gots cracked, my bike has driven only 5000 km till date but parta got wrost. I am crazy about apache series and it is dream but after purchased i think i have wested my money. The showroom is very good as i have said above.

I bought tvs jupiter zx disc model from this showroom in this month but I visited the showroom approximately a month back to know the specs and features of the same model., the best thing I noticed was the staff was so cooperative and they didn't irritated me like others by calling me again and again for the purchase. Secondly Mr. Meet guided me with all the documentions and other formalities in a homely manner and now it's been a month with my jupiter and I am among the happy customers of TVS.I had visited many TVS showrooms in Jamnagar but I found Om Tvs satisfactory. Recommended. There was a point which I want to discuss with you about TVS especially that the company is not providing it's brand's helmet.. This is slightly disappointing by TVS and should be sorted out..

Some staff is good giving good explanation,but Not a good behaviour of one of the staff, he gave quotation TVs iqube more then company website for Jamnagar, also one has to take compulsory insurance, accessories and coating from their showroom only.TVS company has to look after for that.

Great sales service in Jamnagar Patel colony

It's good place for purchasing new TVS two vehicles. Showroom offers test drive. Only one disadvantage is location, Show room has no Car parking area. So when ever you want to visit this show room, Plz prefer bike.
