The service at their goregaon service center provided here is extremely disappointing. Every time I visit their service center, it feels like I've stepped back to the year 2012; the efficiency is reminiscent of a government office. They consistently find excuses to delay and their work culture is sluggish due to their SET process. Today, for the second time, I encountered a frustrating situation. I arrived promptly at 2:20 PM, knowing that their lunch break was from 1 to 2, but to my surprise, all the employees were still having lunch at 2:20 with no one available to assist.

I visited showroom for an enquiry of RR 310 as per the advertisement in social media lowest EMI and lowest downpayment, but even they even don't know that company is giving offer. On there bikes. About the enquiry of RR 310, minimum down payment is 1,00,000 without any salary slip you will get your bike within 2 days. Emi is depend on your CIBIL score and your choice of scheme. Worst service ever seen, thier service centre is just worst. Just take money and don't do anything. Thier staff mayur just do timepass after telling him about the problems in vehicle they do not even repair it. Worst service ever seen and Honda is much better then this.
