Recently bought an ntorque race xp.. Will share the review after experiencing the after sales experience
I ordered one Jupiter 125 on the 12th of this month, and then I contacted TVS AST Motors after 2 days about my delivery. But they said that nobody will use the online services, which is why it's getting delayed by 5-6 days. If I came to the showroom directly, it could be delivered within 2 days. Then I ask them if the online services are for aliens or what. Because the customer will use the services they are comfortable with. And then I contacted TVS customer service; they said they would sort it, and then they contacted me again from the showroom and said that within 5-6 days after registration, they would deliver my Scooter. Yesterday I contacted the showroom again, and they said the only delay is getting the number plates. After the number plates are delivered at the same time, I can get the Scooter. Today, after 12 days, I got the message from the RTO that my vehicle is registered. I contacted them again today, and now they are telling a different story that after TVS transfers the online amount, only I can get the vehicle. The online service is distinct; it does not belong to ATS Motors. I called customer care again to confirm this. They are saying both are the same. They will sort it. I recommend not buying any type of vehicle from this dealer.

The worst customer service experienced ... Didn't talk much on the vehicle that we were looking to buy, the sales girl was not that aware of the details regarding the vehicle, just showed the basic features nothing more though it was the latest edition of the vehicle. Didn't provide a chair even to sit and took probably more than half an hour to know regarding the finance.
