TVH Park Villa - Apartment complex in Thoraipakkam - Chennai, India

I have been staying here for 1 month only but really started loving this place .Nice and lively place to stay .

Nice community to stay in. All staff and families are very cooperative and caring. Very clean and maintained. Having facilities of Gym, swimming pool, community hall, children play area etc

Best residential apartments in Chennai, thuraipakkam. It is very self sufficient with all amenities in place with disaster recovery system. Well maintained. With temple inside and large play area for kids and adults.

A good community with a lot of amenities like swimming pool,gym,lift, temple ,kids park, playing area for shuttle, basketball. Security available 24x7. Spacious houses with proper light and ventilation.

Nice apartment complex. Though little old but overall well maintained. There reasonable open space. One main play area is there with small play area for each building. There are 270+ apartments of different size, predominantly 2 and 3 BHKs. Divided in 5 blocks named A to F. There is a community hall that generally have some sale going on. Maintenance office is well maintained abd manned full time. Lift and other maintenance seems ok. Swimming pool with viewing deck is also there. Overall nice and well placed near Chennai One and close to Toll gate. All facilities snd shopping things are available around.

Society looks fine from outside but the flats are not at all in good condition. They are pretty old and need a lot of maintenence. Even the visitors parking outside the gate is very tricky.

Gated community at perungudi . Well maintained.well secured . Lift, swimming pool, children play area, covered car parking , community Hall, are available. The common problem of Chennai is available here also.water.. water is purchased by tanker lorries . Other than that it is a nice place to live.

Has water logging issue, I was there during Chennai floods in 2015, people were evacuated using boats. Besides it's aged now, only advantage is that you got grocery and atm at your community door step. Mostly inhabited by families. And it has small play area too. Like other places Thoraipakkam it does not bore well facility and solely depends on tanker/lorry water. TVH Park Rozallia far better than this and is relatively new construction, but is 1 km away from main road.
