During our 7 days stay in Guwahati never felt that we are away from home. Good hosts and nice homestay in a very good location. Amazing homely feeling with necessary privacy. Peaceful environment with the best amenities. Rooms are specious, cleaned and comfortable with wifi facilities. Super Mart store, temple, barber shop all are available nearby. Excellent healthy breakfast everyday. Owners Lipka Ma'am and Mr. Samar are incredible, very kind and very helpful. Hope to see you again very soon!! Thank you so much

Best home stay you can ever get in Guwahati, Rooms were clean feels like absolute home, ample amount of open space having sofa's , dining tables, chairs There are all eminities like water heater, geyser, AC, Micro oven,TV etc basic things which we need. Host Lipika was such a kind and broad minded person, was available all the time if we need anything, the food was soo tasty and cost friendly , must try bamboo chicken curry. If you are planning to stay in a home stay this will be the best choice, you will not regret.

Homely atmosphere.... specially Madam is very friendly in nature. Room size is really good, neat n clean. We were 9adults+1child. Madam arrangements was very nice (regarding this lots of people....where to sleep )...breakfast was 2 good...very very tasty n quantity was more than sufficient...

We stayed for 7 days at Tutsi Homestay and I must say it became a home away from home. Lipika the owner made sure our stay was comfortable with a very healthy and delicious breakfast every morning, we also had three dinners and I must say the chicken gravy was awesome and home made chapatis were yummy. The house is so clean and neat , you step out and there's a super store next door, there is also a temple near by. All you need is within walking distance, I want to call Tutsi our second home in Guwhati. Thanks a lot Lipika & Samar for hosting us , Sayonara till we meet again.

It's a great place to stay, place is very well maintained. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by aunty, rooms were comfortable, food was delicious, good staff. Loved the ambience and will definitely recommend the place.

My friend and I had a very comfortable stay. It's very conveniently located - right on the main road - with a supermart right next door, pharmacies nearby and even a mini PHC right next to it. It's fairly near Uzan Bazar where you can eat out, near the Brahmaputra for a good view, and also just about 10 minutes from Guwahati Railway Station and Paltan Bazar. It has a very homely environment and the breakfasts were healthy and filling. The owner is very friendly and helpful and is just a call or text away. They have a kitchen with a kettle, microwave oven, utensils, etc. The place is clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others as well.

I had expected the hosts to be well behaved but they happened to be really cheap and greedy. Overall a pathetic experience, Place was damp and smelly, fridge had raw meat inside, cleanliness was not up to the mark, linens were also smelling of dampness, furniture had termites, kitchen was very dirty, fridge was making very loud noise. On top of all this, common area was not private and there was a cctv installed in the living room, I was told not to make noise as their father was taking live classes online. Sheer bad , had I known I would have never visited this place. Milk powder was completely solid as if it was kept open since long . I had to buy milk and tea bags from outside for tea. Thinking we were two ladies , they asked for tariff more than committed even when we didn't have breakfast any day of the stay . My payment got stuck in Paytm due to network issue , Hosts didn't allow us to check out untill they took payment again , had locked the main gate . so it was a double payment which got credited into their account a day later . when I asked for refund they just played with words and had no intention to payback.. matter worsened and I could see their real face. My advise is to get your tariff written as owners change their words and will quote you any amount they want. Not recommended to stay at this place . Its quite interior as well.

Good place to stay, well maintained room, very need and clean, rooms were comfortable to stay, food was delicious, nice staff warmly welcoming host. Highly recommended
