Check in was easy and quick. Bus stop just around the corner 10-20 rs to Paltan Bazar. Vishal Mega Mart 5 minute walk. Decent breakfast, butter toast with fried eggs. Room is good enough for one person, amazing value for money for a private room at this price. There is a ceiling fan in the room to keep cool, but you will need to keep it on or you will melt, in Guwahati 40C+ Small fly/mosquito problem but staff has mosquito weapon.Staff don't speak any English, except person over Whatsapp but not sure who it is.

I booked a single non ac room with shared bathroom for /- per night. The room was really really small. Only a single bed can be fitted with the room. Talking about the bathroom, it was outside of the room and the gate. So if you want to use it, you have to go there and it was full of mosquitoes. The bathroom also needs to be cleaner and the flush was not working properly. It doesn't worth more than 250/- rupees a night. Although their service was good. Provided me with new soap, tooth brush and toothpaste. Overall I would rate it 2/5 and would not recommend the single room to anyone. Look other homestays, there are much better options available with great pricing.

The property is located at a convenient site just behind the Aurus Mall at G.S Road ,Dispur which is easily communicable by public transport. No congestion is there and after finishing the days' work one can find a peaceful stay here. The staffs are extremely helpful and offers homely food customised for you within their limits. After all,the price for this kind of room at this location is almost amazing. Large rooms, avoiding the congestion and availability of public communication

The stay was good. The staffs are very friendly and supportive. I was with my 2.3 yo son. I suggest they are very helpful for the small kids also. The boy can freely run and play in the ground. I give 4 star because the food there is a bit expensive.

The solo room with shared bathroom is awesome. I do suggest that you book during colder weather (non-AC). The rooms reminded of older government service quaters with cemented flooring to keep room cool. Room is cozy with enough space to keep your belongings. Bathroom and Toilet are seperate from room but were maintained excellently. Anything I needed was taken care by the manager, even in the morning 3AM. Breakfast Lunch and dinner is paid but is homely. This is a home more than a guest house. Everyone living here was friendly. The place is well connected and is at border of Meghalaya.

Perfect. Single room was big enough. At that price point, you can't ask anymore. The best part is that they provide toiletries, which was indeed surprising at this price. Food was a bit costly but one can always order from outside. The only drawback was the bathroom. Even though it was a shared bathroom, it was far enough from the room. location, privacy, behaviour of staffs.

Cozy and pleasant stay. Nice ambient environment with seating area. Cool and comfortable stay with all facilities. Breakfast served was nice and tasty. Clean and hygienic place with well maintained toilets. House keeping service was prompt and was available anytime on call.

Unfortunately, I don't have any pics of the place. But this is a great homestay. The warm gesture of the host was overwhelming. The staffs were very friendly and well trained. My train was late so I checked in at around 11PM. They served me fresh and warm food and it was purely home cooked. Overall a 5/5 from my side.
