I am sorry to say that my experience at Tusker Trails Adventure Dandeli was extremely disappointing. Despite paying a higher package charge, the service provided was subpar from the very beginning. My room was not ready on time, and the adventure activities such as kayaking, boating and zorkling were not up to the mark. However, the biggest letdown was the food. The lunch was stale and had a bad smell, and to my surprise, the same food was reused for dinner. This kind of service is unacceptable and left me feeling cheated. The swimming pool was also a major disappointment as it was dirty and had mosquitoes in it, making it impossible to swim. The only redeeming factor about this resort was its location amidst greenery, and the rooms were satisfactory. However, the AC was not working, and the washroom was not clean. I urge Tusker Trails Adventure Dandeli to take my feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for future guests. The resort needs to work on their service quality and ensure that the food is fresh and hygienic. The swimming pool also needs to be cleaned regularly to avoid any health hazards. In conclusion, I would not recommend this resort to anyone until they improve their services and facilities.

It's good and at a very enjoyable location. Food and other facilities are also best and more food is really tasty. And very nice management

One of the worst maintained resorts without any ambiance, no activities, beds are not neatly maintained, toilets are dirty and smelling. They don't provide towels, no drinking water in rooms. What ever you need we must go near the kitchen area, no one will contact or come for service. Hot water for the bath is only in the morning. Now we will come to the worst part of this resort is food, both for lunch and dinner they provide the same menu no changes. One chicken samabar for Non veg. The taste of the food is very horrible and one doesn't like to eat anything. For the evening snacks you can't imagine they are providing Parle-G biscuits, even that is not crispy. Tea is just hot water. The location looks good but not well maintained. Don't know who the owner is , should focus on the food and services or else this will be going to be the worst situation in future. I don't recommend anyone to visit this place, if you are guided by some event company. Kindly check the reviews shared by others as well.

Had great experience of : - cockroach wanderers - smelly waters - unhygienic and poorly maintained rooms and mattress - leaky bathrooms with broken flush knobs - yellow and grey tinted pillows with lack of covers - overly crowded water sports which barely qualify for adventure Do surely visit to waste your money.. totally worth spoiling your vacation!!,,

Our stay at Tusker Trails Resort was a pleasant surprise. The budget-friendly rates did not compromise on the quality of service or comfort. The rooms were clean, the staff was attentive, and the surroundings were serene. We had a fantastic time and would recommend this resort for a value-for-money stay."

Worst experience ever! Booked three rooms however hotel management provided only two rooms saying that it's sold out and had to manage in two rooms as we didn't have any other options cause of long weekend. So, please be careful while choosing a property from State Adventures as it would spoil you mood and time during check-in.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE And don't take serious fake 5/5 reviews . Fully waste of money Drunked people's were wondering and people were drinking alcohol openly . No hot water No handwash and soap No drinking water bottles Dirty mattress and blankets No serious resort activity Like no rain dance No archery Firstly they told us transportation and sight scene are included but after reaching they refused . You have to arrange transportation on your behalf I went here with my family and it was the worst experience of my life. The rooms were not well maintained. There was not sufficient lighting outside and the place was quite dark. The food was included in the package which was the worst part. The food was really bad and there were no other options. The same quality of food was served for breakfast as well. We complained about the it but no response from the staff. This place is disgusting and pathetic, has rude staff, worst service.
