Title: Disappointing Experience Rating: I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff's behavior was quite rude, seeming disinterested and unhelpful. Moreover, it was evident that customer perspectives were not being considered. The staff seemed reluctant to listen, which created a frustrating atmosphere. The room itself was small, and the low floor height was uncomfortable. Overall, the combination of these factors made my stay less than enjoyable. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for both the management and potential guests. Improvements in staff training and customer service could significantly enhance the overall experience at this hotel.

I had booked rooms here for an event because of the location but it was an absolute nightmare. Half the rooms did not have a working air conditioner, most of the guests found dead cockroaches in the rooms, the TV set-top boxes aren't recharged, and the staff is absolutely clueless about everything. The manager is rude, does not understand instructions and lies about most things. One of the worst maintained hotels I've ever been to. There is an accurate shortage of staff, which is why you gotta wait for 30 minutes for a bottle of water. In case you order from the hotel's restaurant through the intercom, you'd also need to physically check with the reception because they don't seem to understand Hindi or English and the service is painfully slow. The only good thing about this hotel is the location and proximity to both the airport and the Sabarmati railway station.

excellent location is this hotel's best feature. you will find every possible outlet of clothes nearby and plenty of food options too. .there are two theatres at walkable distance from the hotel making it an excellent location. rooms are nice and spacious with clean washrooms. .room service is good. . recommended for stay when you are in Ahmedabad.

Nice hotel. Surrounded by a lot of eateries. We stayed for IPL match, very close to stadium. Best part of this hotel is behaviour of the front office, they were really accommodative when a situation came to extend our room. Hoping to stay again..

Such a pathetic hotel to stay in for anyone. Total illiterate staff, not courteous at all. They didn't even know of how to use system. They started harrassing us from early morning 8 am, 9 am, and then 10 am and again their staff came to our door asking for check-out, where our checkout was the next day (all paid, in Agoda) contacted customer service team of Agoda they also confirmed the same but these pathetic staff were adamant and telling us that our system is showing today's checkout for you. - ACs not cooling - TVs not working - Setup box not recharged - The room comes with Card Key but they simply provided us the lock n key even though room is operated on card keys

1. Maintenance was very poor. The TV was not working. Understand you have not recharged channels. Later it was recharged for a few days.2. Hair dryer provided in the bathroom in all rooms was not in operating condition. We complained to your people but they did not respond.3. Towels provided to us were having 2 big holes. I do not understand how you can provide these types of damage Towels to guests ? After complaining these Towels were changed. 4. During room cleaning Towels were changed but in wet condition. How can you provide wet Towels ?5. We were told that morning breakfast will be served by 7.30 am. When we went there at 7.30 am nothing was ready. They took 30 min to serve. It was even observed for the next day. 6. The person at the restaurant counter was also not bothered about the guests. We had to inform him that most of the food was not available and then he arranged. We stayed earlier in this hotel a few years back. I think during 2019 we stayed. We found OK, hence we decided to stay again with family. But now we are not happy.Next time we will look for another nearby hotel.

Great location can travel either to city by Rick or to airport easily. The hotel rooms (bigger rooms) are worth the money, don't take the small room it's hardly 300 bucks difference. Take the breakfast option it's really good. Before you checkin the room check 1. Toilet, see that it flushes 2. That you are given toiletries 3. Towels are provided 4. Water bottles 2 nos 5. Geyser is working for hot water. If all ok then book that same room. If any of it not working then getting service is a bit of an issue, it may be fixed only after you checkout. Their 4 beded rooms are the best. Toilets small but manageable. To my good luck everything was in order, but my colleagues had a tough time. The hotel is value for money and has a lot of eateries and shopping just around it. There is a biryani place on the right of the hotel which is good for a meal. I would definitely recomend this hotel if you are in transit and if you want a comfortable and clean stay.
