Tulips valleyview Resort - Resort hotel in Ooty - The Nilgiris, India

Very poor. Never book this hotel Pictures posted are all post . Real condition of room is pathetic and manager are very agressive in dealing. Room smell very bad . Only pets can live here and not human. All rating are paid . Plz do not pay any advance also otherwise you will regret. This is not hotel but like servant quarters. No beds no furniture. Both tulips are very bad. Even 200 room rent for night is high as per condition provided. Truly disappointing we paid 600 rs advance that was also retained by hotel. Please do not book this hotel.

I regret to report that my recent stay at the hotel in Tulips Valley Ooty, was far from satisfactory. While the natural surroundings and views were undoubtedly beautiful, the overall experience left much to be desired. First and foremost, the behavior of the front office staff was extremely disappointing. Their lack of courtesy and professionalism was a significant drawback and made the check-in experience quite unpleasant. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the bed and linens was subpar, which is a basic expectation in any hotel. It significantly affected our comfort and overall impression of the stay. To add to our woes, we were disturbed in the middle of the night to settle the balance payment, which was an unnecessary and inconvenient disruption to our sleep. The high food prices were yet another disappointment, considering the quality and options provided did not justify the cost. The housekeeping services were below par, and the overall hospitality of the staff left much to be desired. It felt like the hotel lacked proper management and training of its employees. Moreover, the lack of room maintenance was evident in the overall condition of the rooms, which was far from acceptable.

The location is very beautiful. Had amazing time over here. The rooms are spacious and good. staffs are very welcoming. Only one thing is that The food can be improved little bit. Overall it was amazing

The scenic location was very nice, but it's highly advisable to choose this hotel only if you are traveling by your own vehicle. So that you can roam around easily. The rooms were neat and clean, only issue is the TV is not working properly. All staff members are working well and did their best to keep our stay pleasant. The food menu was very much costly when compared to a high class hotel in ooty itself. You can prefer to dine outside if you travel by your own vehicle.

The location is just superb. The room was clean. Hot water is available throu out the day. The food was very good and tasty. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend this place for vacation.

Beautiful location, scenic view was awesome, food taste was good, staff were groomed . Resort was located in mountain n. Because of that views was awesome. Overall very good experience. Recommend for family, friends outings.

My stay at this hotel was a complete nightmare. They not only overcharged me for the room, but their customer service was abysmal when I tried to address the issue. To make matters worse, the geysers in my room were non-functional, leaving me without hot water for the entire stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone - it was a costly and uncomfortable experience that I won't soon forget.

Such a beautiful view from room. The service is good and the staff are very helpful. I was very sceptical by rating, but NO. This is a 5 star rating for the price they are offering. Hardly 2k for a room per night. Must stay place.
