biggest perk is the view which was amazing, more so during sunset. room was spacious- we had the 1-bed suite. cleanliness was average and the coffee is expensive. you cannot expect me to pay 40 for that average coffee . anyways, this is easily the best room I had lodged in Ooty. don't give a damn about the reviews in booking sites.

"Not a Place for family stay" We stayed in 3BHK room. No Wifi available at resort as advertised on the facilities section while booking. Rooms were not clean with full of mosquitos and flies, foul smell throughout all rooms. Water Heater was not working in any of the rooms. Outside food not allowed and in-house restaurant is expensive with very limited food options and quality/quantity is poor as well. Overall- Unmaintained old property with expensive rooms and very limited expensive food.

Worst stay ever , rooms were very unclean and smelly, flies all over, no wifi , no telephone available, worst food , they fooled us by saying they will change the chicken fried rice because it wasnt cooked properly bt during billing they even charged us for that fried rice which v didnt even eat, no cleanliness at all, dusty rooms and everything else was horrible. Dont even think of going there

Convenient location, close to city centre. Very good hospitality by staff upto security guard. Secured and safe place. Good for families. Budget friendly. Limited but tasty food, kids liked it. There are indoor games, spa and gym as well. Even though all rooms have, the lower level rooms are ideal for better valley views. Ample parking space as well.

Rooms were pathetic, stinking, full of moisture. The receptionist was arrogant not co-operative, hotel is charging GST on non GST invoice. Food taste was good but need to need to improve kitchen hygiene.

Unhygienic and poorly maintained rooms. Very strong damp smell inside the room which make it difficult to stay inside. Rooms are certainly overpriced. I tried my level best not to enter the restaurant area since its extremely dirty all the time. The worst experience was when receptionist added others food bill in our total bill and argued with us. At last they had to correct the bill though.

No Wi-Fi ,No lift, very risk for the aged people. Insects inside the bedsheet. No proper attending calls from the reception. They don't provide the complete GST invoice physical bills if the booking is made offline we need to beg for getting bills.

Really not a good place except for view. I reached hotel 2 hrs early and they charged extra although room being empty. That too we booked hotel for 2 room n they charged for 4 ppl despite we were just 3 ppl. You'll not b able to fight them as at 3-4 ppl on receiption will come around u. We occupied room for just taking bath n then left. Rooms smell n staff is not local. Most are trained to earn as much money as they can without giving service worth it. Food was belove average. Service is just a show off i.e., waiters in suit boot but not sense of service. Will not recommend any one.
