Sorry to say, I'm disappointed. I had a hair cut yesterday. Forgot to ask her name. I clearly said her not to cut short. I need almost same length. Even I shown a picture, of my previous cut. But she literally cut short my hair to shoulder. I'm so disappointed. You guys need to do what the customer prefer, not what you like to.
Firstly they had good service. Even though I had less eyebrows one staff did nicely. But the 2nd & 3rd time when I went there she was not there. Another ones did 2 eyebrows in 2 different ways. When I told them they asked me to adjust with eyebrow pencil. Then today I went the Tulips in punkunnam. There the staffs behaviour is much worse & arrogant. They also did in 2 ways. Now I decided I will never ever go to both Tulips anymore. Nor will allow my friends & families too. It's such a waste of time & money. How can we trust a parlour which can't do the basic things for other beauty needs?. So pathetic. So mannerless.
It was good experience there ! The prices are in a normal range as any other parlour !
Was treated by Divya J for my clean up and Sandhya for my head massage. Both did a great job. Enjoyed the hospitality and professionalism. Suggestion: i guess everybody would like a quiet ambience while getting a head massage done

Pretty disappointed with the high and mighty attitude of the so called stylist there. She neither seemed qualified nor had an iota of professionalism .... Probably thinks that the customer can be taken for a ride .truly disappointed..never again will I go for a hair cut to tulips .
Staff Sofia is very good in work. She quick, gentle and very sensible.She also co-ordinates with other staff to get the work done as fast as possible.Amazing staff. Kudos to Sofia.
