Overall good experience. Rooms are neat and tidy, location is prime. Service is good. There infinity pool at the rooftop , very clean and amazing view. Breakfast food could taste a little bit better. Thank-you for having us!

During a road trip, I booked this hotel for a one-night stay. The experience was very unpleasant; this hotel is not safe for families at all. Only rowdy individuals seem to stay here. It was a very bad experience. Staff was totally unprofessional and unskilled, I request to management to look after this .

Late check out is chargeable. Location and atmosphere is superb. Staff behaviour is ok. Food quality is very poor. And talking about complementary breakfast "its a trap for customers, there is no choice for breakfast item" because there no gust. Over all very bad experience for me.

My experience with this hotel and its staff was overwhelmingly negative. The service provided was substandard, and the staff exhibited a lack of professionalism. Issues ranged from unhelpful attitudes to poor communication. I would caution others against choosing this hotel based on my disappointing encounter.worst receptionist very arrogant

It was a nice experience at tulip arena. Staff is very polite. Manager umesh was very helpful and considerate. Our room had a nice view and it's quite spacious. The only thing that was not upto the mark was internet service. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
