Worst Care Service. AVOID. I wish there was a Negative Rating. The Staff is mischievous, manipulative, liars who don't bother to care or feed or maintain hygiene. My father was left in their care but they didn't help him to bathe for 3-4 days, no proper food, no comfort to elderly who needs encouragement to eat, abused him and probably slapped and beaten as well, since I took my father back after 1 week as Couldn't see his Pathetic state on first visit. He was frail, famished and afraid to talk, even at mention of Tulasi center. These looters stole his clothes and didn't return saying those are misplaced. They charge a lot for services. The Administration only knows to MINT Money and give the Family False information so their Pockets are Full. Didn't do partial refund. Day light robbery completely. Staff can't do ok their own without the blessings of TOP guys. They've looted enough and opened new centers in Chattarpur. These facilities are ELDERLY ABUSE centers. Save your Elders by Not Taking them to Tulasi. There're much better ones than these Robbers and Gundas.

Although the infrastructure & team is good, but I fail to understand how are these people tolerating the owner 'Dr. Gaurav Gupta'! I guess he is just paying a very good salary to them which is making them continue to work there otherwise, the treatment, body language & attitude of Dr Gaurav Gupta towards the patients is pathetic. Dr Gaurav Gupta is always very rude & abusive towards his own patients. pls don't get lured by the infrastructure as they looking to keep there for as long as possible just to mint money! He further lies and manipulates by lying to the family's of the patients so that they themselves force their family member to stay longer just to fill Dr Gupta's abusive & deep pockets! He'll always address the patients with 'Tu'. I know this might sound too much but it's a fact!

It's been a good experience there at Tulsi Rehab. The whole team of Psychiatrists, Psychologists and the interns is so much helping and understanding. They do make you feel at home with proper care and attention. Facilities are also appropriate as per the requirements of pateints.Food is also good. Special attention and time is being given to those who really want to talk about their issues. Once you get admitted here, you know that it is going to change your life and perspective in good direction for sure.

Thankyou Tulasi. My father has schizophrenia,he was so unwell before i took him to Tulasi.he stayed for 3 months now he is ok with help of medicines and counseling. The doctors and psychologists are very good. I will recommend Tulasi to everyone with a patient in their family.

Tulasi is one of the best mental health care centers in India.Whether it be psychiatric help or rehabilitation program they provide the best facilities.Their centers are upto mark with world class levels.Connecting with people with whole of India and internationally providing them oppurtunity to regain a normal life through therapies and medications. Tulasi psychiatric rehabilitation center is the best centre and best team ..they do work with patients as well as family very intensively .Their Group activities are effective for recovery. I have been admitted into many rehabilitation centers in the past to get rid of my addiction to tobacco and I have not yet come across a more amiable group of mental health practitioners and paramedical staff than the one operating at Tulasi's psychiatric & rehabilitation centre. They are highly skilled and experienced in their respective fields of specialization, be it one on one counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy or art and yoga therapies. The standard of services offered at Tulasi's psychiatric cum rehabilitation centre is unmatched.
