Edit: First review written on: 26/10/2018, 01:45 pm Take a rest here and start engulfing the beauty of the majestic Gnathang valley an Tukla Valley. The valley is so vast and so beautiful. Army camps are visible here and these. Yaks and mastiffs are too. The homestays run by Pemaji are so homely, indeed. Sunset and sunrise... be ready for magic. BTW, if you are lucky, observe the magnificent Kanchenjunga from Tukla Valley.
Like other places which are at an altitude of 10000+ feet this place is also surrounded by mountains and can see snow everywhere.
Awesome experience.the valley was full of snow and it looked like heaven.wonderful scenery all around.

Tukla Valley, located at an altitude of around 12500 feet above sea level, Tukla Valley in Sikkim offers an awesome view of Mt. Kanchenjungha. You would also find a war memorial built in memory of the British soldiers who fell at the Battle of Tukla. The Tukla Valley is covered in snow during winter and in September-October, the whole valley becomes red due to the growth of a local flowers. Tukla Valley is around 16 kms from Kupup Lake. The Jelepla Pass is also located nearby.
