Although I've only been with Ttec Ahmedabad for a brief 5 days, it already feels like I've been a part of this incredible team for years. The warm welcome and support I've received since day one have been exceptional. The work environment is not only professional but also fosters a sense of camaraderie and belonging. The training and onboarding process have been thorough and insightful, making me feel well-prepared for my role. I'm genuinely excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to contributing to the success of Ttec Ahmedabad. It's been a fantastic start to my journey here, and I can't wait to see what the future holds.

The worst ever company, the management is biased, they took 4 months to get me hired, then 4 weeks training and they fired me, TLs, trainers they are all biased, in a training group they only need 4 to 5 people to the production floor, what with others, why they hire you other people then. They will give you any excuse to fire you. I recommend people not to waste your time, look for other companies. We were 14 people in the training team, out of 14 they carried forward only 6 agents and the rest were fired.

Had to rate one star so that I could write my review. So after 3-4 years today I went for interview in ttec hoping that the treatment they give to candidate might have improved but I was wrong. It was the worst decision I made today to go back to ttec for interview because the HR behaviour was same as before disrespectful and very rude. They even don't know how to talk to person forget about candidate. Before judging us I think the HRs over there needs to learn the basic human nature as how to treat a person doesn't matter whether they are selecting us or rejecting us. All the other companies they try to portray good about their workplace and why it is good to join them. But here they make us feel like you have made the worst decision to choose ttec and will say why are you choosing ttec you are good where you are now. They don't have any welcoming nature like so negatively. Disgusted by today's visit to ttec.

Worst ever experience. I went there for an interview but the HR after having initial round changed the facts. The salary discussed earlier was Also without my knowledge. They call for the interview and just waste the time. They don't value time.

Location was totally outside. Opposite to LJ collage.Salery structure was quite low. Path was totally disturb ..atleast company should take care of this. Parking faculty was not there.You have put your vehical outside of the company in your own risk

Very bad they not take ex employee, so it is very bad, i have denied my 10 friends for joining this company.

Very Best company to start your career in BPO, you'll get to know the work culture, environment, nature, and how your performance is important in your growth and incentives. How the e-commerce industries work and many more. Very friendly team trainers, coaches, leads and higher management, feels like home. If your interested to do work by sitting at one place all the day, then it's a best place to start. You don't even come to know how the day went. Earlier it was near wall Street two,Ellis Bridge. Now shifted here.
