Rooms are very spacious, location is superb, nearby Kanchi Kamkashi Temple and Market to buy Silk Sarees. Renovation is going on at Reception area, breakfast was served at the room itself.

Good property under renovation face. Less manpower and unmanaged might be because of civil and interior works.

I am not sharing pics, as u can see on google maps. experience overall was good, easy checking. room allotted to us was neat, clean. RO water is available. morning bed tea is not available, if you are fond of. complementary breakfast. if u want room cleaning, bedsheets or towel change, just a call at reception. room and washroom space was pretty good.car parking available.being hindi speaking, language problem but staff was helping. thank you for making our stay staff and memorable.

Hotel room was big. Air conditioning and Geyser were working well. Bed sheet was short in length for bedsize. Blankets were not clean. However staff was very cooperative and provided extra bed sheets, though it is Government Hotel. Morning breakfast was very good. Only in the morning we saw that renovation work is undergoing and it would be nice option keeping in view the big room size and good location.

A very reason a place to stay at Kanchipuram. Govt is Tamilnadu property with huge rooms. Refurbishment of Roma is undergoing. Now the refurbished rooms are quite comfortable and unlike govt guesthouses/hotels. Professional apropos easily visible . Staff is quite helpful and with smile. Enjoyed the day there. Although the lunch/dinner was not available but enjoyed breakfast.

the hotel is under renovation, which is nearly finished. the older rooms suck. but, the renovated rooms are excellent. the guests need to place order at the restaurant beforehand. the food is very good.

Staff are friendly and the response is friendly Ample parking space available Restaurant is available inside however, we have to place an order in advance. Bar is also there which is in the next building. Purified drinking water is available Hotel building is very old and the rooms are showing the age. Paint peeling, taps not working properly AC remote not working, temp is set at 23 and no way to adjust. TV remote not working Lot of mosquitoes, please carry mosquito repellent Railway track is next to the hotel and it will disturb (frequency of trains is low so manageable) Considering all the positives and negatives, the price for the rooms is on higher side.

The rooms are nice and clean. The basic double room isn't that pretty but it's neat and clean. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The location is also good. In house restaurant prepared food on-demand, it's better to buy from outside. Much better options are available.
