Located in prime location. Rooms are not suitable for families, No wash basin and dirty beds. But if you come with friends, just to enjoy yercaud and dont care about the stay, this place is preferrable because this costs cheaper than other lodges. Staffs were good and friendly, but not available at the reception at any time. We have to make a phone call to get any services. Kitchen is available and it is allowed to all the customers. Planning with friends instead of family is preferable here. Overall, you can enjoy the stay.
Worst service and room I haven't experienced in my lifetime. Please dont take rooms just seeing pics in apps. Rest room is the worst, very small. No car parking, they said on the phone that 3 cars could be packed but it's common car parking so no place to park the car.

Blankets are not washed,washrooms are not clea ed,they have not even given the towel,the reason is not dried,in the app it shows one room,given is different room,no car parking facility,Oyo rooms are much better than this.

We had a similar experience to what one of the reviewers had written for this hotel, we booked this hotel through Agoda and got confirmed before leaving Chennai stating rooms is booked in my name (luckily it was pay at hotel option I had chosen).. after reaching the hotel no one was there in the reception to address us . There was a number sticked in the reception, after trying so many times, finally a person picked our call and said to contact his staff in first floor, when we contacted him he said rooms are not available... We were shocked to know as he was in deep sleep and attitude of being disturbed his sleep ... And the time was 10.30 p.m. They must have closed the online booking services.. The worst hotel i have ever seen.... Don't Book this Hotel.... And look wise, the reception itself was full of disasters... A bike occupied the whole reception area like a bike parking... Very worst .. spend few more money and get some nics hotels but never ever this hotel...
Very very worst service I have received from this hotel, the owner of this cottage is drunken and arrogant person, they are looting the money, not safe to stay as family, no wifi no parking no water facility, beds are not cleaned, wash room is utter waste, they looted 6k from us for that dump room, nothing to say simply waste.
Hotel is placed in prime location. All places of Yercaud are easily accessible from here. Rooms are very small. They don't even have wash basin. When 4 of us were getting ready it was time consuming. Even for a face wash, we had to use the toilets only. They didn't provide towels or soaps. Blankets were neat but torn. Nobody was available at reception. If u need any assistance, u have to only call them. No intercom. Not much tamil channels were available to watch. Very very basic facilities were available. Not worth spending. Only advantage was the location. Nothing else.
They cancel the confirmed room booking at the midnight without any intimation and they put the blame on us.

This is a truly different place that's unique in every aspect. The resort is filled with antiques and curios all collection of the owner. All meticulously restored and kept in mint condition. The collection of dogs and birds were also very surprising
Is this best place for couples and good location for view , and this is first experience for projector and bbq grill better taste , really don't miss this experience in yercaud, really good service
