I had to visit ENT doctor, the doctor was so nice and patient that she told me what I have to do, what i should not, and most importantly, in other hospitals doctors will be in a hurry to attend the next patient, but here she was treating me with care. And her treatment started to show positive symptoms within 1 day and night with her medication. I made a wise decision to visit TSC. Thanks to myself. To mention: Neat and clean environment

2023: The hopital raised the consulation fee to Rs300. The reception staff has improved than my previous comment in 2022. As part of treatments lots of costly medicines are being subscribed. On visiting this time, found that hospital service has gone down, seems a business mode started. The waiting time at the hospital medical store is too high with 2 counters(1unused) Giving 2 stars this time. 2022 : A good hopital on the side of NH. There is a SreeNarayana Guru small Mandir, a Good sign for hospital. Most rushes seen in Gynic area for outpatients. The ladies suggested that she is a very good and friendly doctor. Does not prescribe unnessary tests or scans which are very common in most hospitals.Good physician also there.Dr Nijas analysis thing well. A dental wing is also there. Doctor fee is Rs200. Doctors are very friendly. They take and clarifies all our doubts. The most important thing I found is that the doctors are ready to hear us calmly and take time to understand our issues. The hospital is expanding and we can expect it to be more patient friendly one.Also they might expand their parking area or expand the current approach road. Giving 3 star, as the staffs at the reception area can be little more friendly and caring. Even if no one in queue, it takes time for them to attend us.If we are new, they can support us to direct to the correct doctor based on the patients problem. Delay in pharmacy as always is seen in Aug2022. New building is clean and hygenic. Also the attenders must be caring and polite to patients. The sister in casulaty is very energetic. But can be polite. The causality beds count can be increased. Had to wait a long time to get their attention. During rush hours management put on more doctors and nurses in casuality area. Waiting in this area for more than 30 mins is not recommended.

Rest everything was fine but midnight doctor and older lady nurse were so sleepy that they didnt know what they were doing and talking about. Doc probably read someone elses sheet and was talking and senior nurse injected wrongly in sleepiness that hand swelled up. And one nurse with severe cough had a mask but on her chin but not covering mouth

Very neat , clean ,calm and cool nvironment. Utmost care is taken for hygiene. Hospitality of nursing staff is admirable. Food served from the hospital own canteen is up to the mark and the canteen staff is very courteous. Totally a healing touch for mind und body. Kind regards to the entire medical,paramedical and auxiliary staff.

Called to book appointment with receptionist yesterday and they informed me that booking can be taken on the day itself as I was a new patient. When I called today they informed only one slot was available and it's been filled. They did not give me any information about what time to call back and such. The experience I had was totally nonprofessional.

I visited this hospital for an accident case. The staff was polite, but the hospital infrastructure needs improvement. During my visit, there was a power outage that took more than 30 minutes to fix. I noticed nurses using mobile flashlights while dressing wounds, which was concerning. Overall, the experience could be better.

I had a very bad experience. I once went to get treatment for my mother's corn in her feet. It was a doctor with muslim name. I asked for prescription. He said said he cannot give and asked me to leave. Even I gave him a dose and left. This rating is for that rowdy behaviour of that doc But the doctor in general medicine ( Ajith Raveendran) was was really good. Unfortunately he longer practices there =================================================== Response to TSC's comment : The incident happened many months back. You can check with doctors in the department that treats corns in the feet. I don't want to get involved in any internal action, that is left to you guys. It is every patient's right to get the prescription

The standard of service has come down drastically. The reception is not aware if doctors are available, doctors themselves are tardy. This hospital has also become business focussed. We were charged twice on the same day, even if it was the fault of the hospital for not providing us with the right information. Its high time the management starts focusing a bit more on the service aspect.
