Please don't waste your time. Report always delay You should panic first then they will second time report. If not panicked you then you have to waste time here.. If possible don't come here... Ask your doctor to suggest another diagnostic centre...

They don't follow any system . I booked for ECG in the morning at around 11 AM but I was kept waiting till 2:30 PM but still nothing happened. On enquiry there was no comitment . answer was sterotype from even senior person that let USG finish first. How can any body wait 5 hrs for ECG . Still no time slot .They informed me that report will be given next day. I left . It was real harrasment . Worst place . Please don't go there.

Edit: Review 2: Staffs are rude. Report untimely. Not at all cooperative. They don't accept card payment and take money in personal UPI or cash. Seems like a step for tax escape. Review 1: First of all the reports are very delayed. Even if it's urgent they ll take their own sweet well. It's expensive but if the reports and diagnosis is made on time, then it wouldn't matter much. Secondly, the staffs are not very cooperative or friendly. I raised this issue that why Google ratings are so poor with them, they reacted in a manner as if they don't care. Doctors suggest this place may be because of the commission they get. For me even that's fine, if diagnosis is properly done and reports given on time.

Worst place ever to get your test done here. It serves the total opposite of its name. If you value your time and money i would recommend NEVER VISIT this place. They have no professional behaviour towards the patient whether it is a grown up or a child. I came here for the USG of my family member. We booked the appointment a day prior to the day when test was to be done, first they asked to pay the complete money beforehand then suddenly asked for half of the money and the way they talked seemed like it is mandatory to pay the half of money (which is not) otherwise they will not run the test. We paid 40% percent of the total charges and asked them for exact time when we had to come the next day but when we arrived at the time they had asked us to they say the doctor has gone for his personal work and we need to wait. The patient was kept empty stomach for already half of the day and they asked to wait further. When we asked them why they mentioned the wrong time they totally denied of accepting that for a fact and started talking rudely to us. Please do not visit this place rather go somewhere else where you and your time will be valued.

Yesterday, my visit was very amusing and disappointing experience. She told Echo test charge will be 2100/-. When I asked for an appointment, she told Echo test is not conducted here!!!!!! The sign boards outside also mentioned Echo Test on available service list?????Funny

Staff behaviour is the worst at this diagnostic place. They talk that they are professionals but it seemed they display the most unprofessional behaviour. They do not mention the time properly and once you arrive at their mentioned time they make you wait for more than a hour. Most of the times the patient has to stay empty stomach for clear USG but they do not care about it whether it is 12 noon or more than that. Had the worst experience of their service here. Would never suggest anyone to come here for any test.

Pathetic experience,no professionalism, recently I went for stamp n registration number of concerned radiologist because the patient was to be supposed to be operated under abpmjay and it was a mandatory thing but they denied saying that were not having,I was quite surprised because nor they were having qr code on the report nor they were providing stamp or registration number which questions the authenticity of this report,they were not at all concerned with the operation of the patient. If I was supposed to give no star I will provided that

Low grade management, one of the worst experience i feel here waited around 4 hours because of 3rd garde management , staffs are rude, they r not helping patients and attnded after billing . Firstly i had roaming for diagnosis after that for reports same zig zig happened got report on 5 pm i had reached there around 11:30 am. I recommend don't go there . I think all good reviews r paid or reviews given by their staffs.
