Had a disastrous experience. One of their partners fast cargo packers approached us for shifting our stuff from delhi to dehradun. They misguided us about the charges and also the packaging of goods was terrible. We had to face lot of inconvenience as they moved our stuff to their warehouse and didn't release it saying either make the full payment or take your stuff from the warehouse on your own. The staff Sumit Sharma and Yashika were very rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend anyone to fall for this trap. They will take your full money in advance and then trouble you. No customer support and pathetic service.

Trukky use to be fine. But the last time we used them, they did the most irresponsible thing of removing our shipments pallets at origin and sent to our store. Obviously due to that many units got damaged. The pallets were removed and taken. When demanded they asked us to pick up from origin (a different city). This sort of activity demands a legal recourse and damages. Probably we will sue the company. However this sort of practice can be common in India so you must tell them in advance and never do business with a company that takes money in advance.

I had a very bad experience with Trukky. I had booked a vehicle for transporting material from Ahmedabad to Delhi. They confirmed the booking via email. Upon receiving there confirmation, I sent an employee from Delhi to Ahmedabad for loading of vehicle. But when the person reached Ahmedabad, they started giving excuses. And when they realized that we are stuck, they offered us a smaller vehicle and asked for an exorbitant price for it. When we refused the vehicle, there employee Ms Neetu had the audacity to use foul language on the phone. Very unprofessional people whom you can not trust at all. Please avoid

first time and probably the last, so much confusion has been created. We filled out all the forms as per their requirements but they have mentioned a pickup date but that has changed around 4-5 times and is making our business look highly unprofessional with our vendor. As we communicate one thing and then have to inform our vendor of changes again and again. Shipment still yet to be picked up and now they are not answering

Firstly, this was an awesome service as all my luggage was delivered fast and in the same condition that I packed it in. The charges were nominal and minimal (Rs.2620 for two bags). I had a huge suitcase and a quilt bag delivered from Delhi to Bengaluru. Their logistics' partner contacted me and then the van took my belongings and delivered it in a span of 4 days (delivery guy came on 31st Dec in Second Half and I got it here on 4th Jan Morning). This was a safe, hasslefree and good to go service. I had my qualms about it initially but I am extremely satisfied. Appreciate the service, easy avail for students like us who have to travel from one place to another.

I found Trukky online and was skeptical about them. But looking at how they were processing my requests, it made me feel confident of their commitment and their delivery timelines. My two personal suitcases were delivered in time as per commitment and all safe without breakage and any mishap. I could not ask for more. Moreover, their online payment system, their easy connectivity on WhatsApp and their immediate response, it was perfect.

I gave them the full details and size of the product. Confirmed they will be sending a vehicle at a certain price, after this was communicated with my client and everything was agreed upon, they told me that it will be a full load not a part load and the price will increase. I had asked them multiple times before whether it will be a part or full load and they confirmed it will be a part load. I tried to communicate with them that this was a mistake from their end, but they stopped responding to my calls or messages completely. Please do not go ahead with this company as they are very unreliable.

The best thing about Trukky was the prompt response and pickup in less than 24 hours. I was left in nowhere due to the mediocre services of a big logistics company. At that point of time I contacted Trukky. Akash Patel responded quickly and everything happened seamlessly thereafter. They are a dedicated team. They even suggested wrapping of material after pickup to avoid damage during transportation and it was worth it.
