First and foremost it's a pet friendly hotel which makes a huge difference to those of us traveling with our pets. The room was comfortable, service by the front office person was excellent. The only drawback is roadside parking. All in all, good value for the money paid.
Paid 3800rs for 2 single rooms. The stay experience was awful. They charging a very high price compared to metro placed and yet have not provided free water bottles. We were told to buy at a cost or 10rs per bottle. Ridiculous!! There were no bath towels inside the room and the floors were left uncleaned. The guys at the reception were not helpful. Won't suggest it to anyone
Rooms were good size. Bathroom was dirty with urine all over the seat and ridden with mosquitoes..most probably due to the open drain right in front of the building. Linen was ok, could have been cleaner. The sofas need fixing. We took the superior king room since we had two small kids as well.
Good enough not great though,wifi works, clean rooms , peaceful atmosphere. But tap has a problem in my room. Overall exp: can visit again, satisfactory, bonus : very near to benz circle.
Another time I've booked this one for accommodation in vijayawada. The attraction is their hospitality. Decent rooms at decent prices but less space giving. The prices are negotiable. Opting premium room type is no different than the other one. Everything is nearly walkable around the hotel. Good one to go for fast dive in as it's 24/7 checkin.
Wanted to give 0 stars, but had to give 1 because google doesn't take 0 star. Did a booking for over 20 guests and we got unnecessary hassle and unprofessionality for free. Would never recommend this place, especially for families! 0)100
Professional quality hospitality services are desirable. Centrally located. Parking is absent. No facilities to drivers. Food supplied desires better quality. Staff is nice.
Ease of access to prime bussiness centers. Although Amenities like TV and hot water were not working. Complementary Breakfast is really Good.

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
