Everything about this homestay was excellent. It was clean, well maintained, stylish and beautiful surrounding atmosphere. The location was just near the central railway station. Friendly and helpful staffs. For a family of six, it is more convenient, for eight it is good with extra beds. Value for money
We booked Homestay in Royal Nagar, which is close to Govindaraja Swamy Temple. They have less parking space, but we can park our vehicle outside. Apartment rooms are well maintained and spacious, charges are also reasonable. Staff is supportive. They provide complimentary milk n coffee, tea sachets. We can order food thru food delivery apps. However, only issue is with traffic to reach this place. Overall, it was good staying here.
Fabulous place with a clean, homely apartment. TV with full cable and WiFi provided for free. Cutlery and some utensils are available for cooking with an induction stove, and the place is also connected to food delivery options. Overall friendly and helpful staff on premises with prompt responses to queries.
Extremely nice, the rooms and washrooms were neat and clean, staff was very friendly and cooperative. It was comfortable stay of 5 days and actually missing the homestay .The ambience never made me feel that I was away from my home. Overall it was too good and one thing the morning glimpse of tirumala from balcony was awesome . Keep up the good work and maintain the property same way. Only one suggestion that you should install an air conditioner in the hall as well,because everyone use bedroom during the night only ,rest of the time people love to sit in hall.

It was spacious, had two A/c bedrooms and two attached bathrooms with hot water heater and western toilets in both. Also had a sofa, dining table four, fridge, kitchen with a hot plate and some utensils. M they gave a packet of milk everyday and some watchers of instant coffee and tea powder. There is wifi with good speed and even some power outlets with both US and India styled. The staff was very nice, they gave extra beds, pillows and anything we asked for. Especially Vinod (and Bhargav) the office mangers did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They even had a travel agency and helped get me vehicle as we needed. When I wanted to use a local auto, they even helped me to download an app called Rapido and showed how to order one. I will definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to stay with a family here. - Sridevi & Hrushikesh Dingari.
Excellent accommodation for two family members. Excellent facilities. All room of the 2 BHK is spacious. Parking facility available. Very near to PS4 restaurant ie walking distance. Certainly will stay in my next visit too.
