We stayed in a 2bhk flat, rooms were good but morning time we faced water shortage and it took around 1-2 hours for the water to resume. The receptionist said, the lorry arrived late. Another issue was, the inverter wasn't working and power was off for around 1 hr. Since we had a baby, we mainly took this flat as we could cook food for him. The receptionist had arranged another flat which had inverter working, but inverter supports only light n fan and hence we were not able to cook food on time and left without cooking as we had to catch train. The idea of taking such service apartment is for such basic necessities and it amazes me when the owners don't have alternatives to this. I'd be happy if they could have a generator or power backup even for cooking.
A joint family trip,then blindly book this stay. Very well maintained rooms, a very good service,friendly staff.Easily accommodates 8 adults.
Very well maintained. Pleasant stay for a night. Spacious apartment, AC in both the rooms. 1/2 litre milk provided in the morning which is very convenient for kids and elders. Approachable from the main road. About a kilometre from Padmavathi temple. Stone's throw away from PS4 restuarant. Will definitely come back.

If you are looking for a homestay which is spick & span then go ahead with this property blindly ..We booked 2 apartments and stayed here for a day with family consisting of small kids & elderly . We came here for Tirumala darshan . I honestly recommend this property to all my friends and family for the clean environment and maintenance. There are many many positives like PS4 restaurant, proximity to Padmavati temple and above all peaceful surroundings . Just Perfect for family stays without much hassle!! Three cheers to the management who were super easy to communicate ..Keep up the good work
I booked it on 24/07/2023 to stay here,even though ot is outside the city, its very well and cleanly maintained service apartments with all necessities for a house hold. Staff is so cooperative. It is especially best when you have infants and kids. Overally very well satisfied

Good place to stay, If you dont get rooms in tirumala and this is 1km away from Padmavathi temple, PS4 veg restaurant is in walkable distance. 20 km from Tirumala temple. The service is good. Since some road works were going on found it difficult to maneuver the place. It has lifts and you get a good service and have limited but covered car parking.
